The fact that the Lindor mixers exercise virtually no shear forces make them particularly suitable for use with fragile and/or heat sensitive products. Also the option to add liquids (e.g. aromas, oils) proves to be a valuable feature.

In the execution of mixing installations for food, special attention is paid to hygienic design and cleaning capability.
All parts that come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316) and FDA approved material. As an option the frame can also be made of stainless steel.
